Why Cancer Guide?
I always ask myself why do I want to do that, why do I need to have that? So, I’m asking myself and I ask you why do I want to talk about cancer and why somebody needs another cancer guide. Oh, well, because people need answers. They need somebody to listen to their problems, to understand their questions, to explain them everything they want to know. So, I will write daily about this disease, I will tell you everything I know and everything I can find out. I will answer every question, because when it comes to health there are not stupid questions, there are not empty answers. Everyday I tell at least one person that she or he has cancer. They look at me like I’m signing their death penalty. I hope it’s not quite true. Because I know people can fight with cancer and some of them win the battle. It’s also true some of them will die, but they can be helped to keep their dignity until the last moment. Many people have at least one relative with cancer. But what is cancer? The word cancer actually refers to many diseases, not one. In fact, there are more than 100 types of diseases known collectively as cancer. What they all have in common are cells, tiny units that make up all living things. Cancer (also known as malignancy) occurs when cells begin to grow and multiply in an uncontrolled way. So, let’s win together this battle. Take this hand and live!
